Petty Officer Johnson is a capable Sailor with unlimited growth potential. Although he can perform all station qualification tasks, his attitude and inability to show up for work on time prevented him from making any progress in his career.




P02 was frequently uncooperative in working toward unit goals. His attitude negatively affected shop morale and readiness.




Petty Officer Sullivan is a competent Sailor but, as a Crew Leader, he did not meet workcenter standards and was not effective in leading his team or maintaining production goals.




Seaman Harrison can be a good worker but is often unwilling to follow orders or is argumentative, and his example has had a detrimental effect on his department.




Petty Officer Parker is qualified in his job and an adequate worker but often fails to show up on time for shift change, in the proper uniform, ready to work. Recommend further training.




Petty Officer Russel is a skilled technician but, as a Second Class Petty Officer, did not perform at a level commensurate with her rank and was not effective in motivating subordinates or meeting department goals.




Airman X is a very knowledgeable Sailor and technician with unlimited growth potential. However, his recent actions are counter to the Navy's standards of good order and discipline.




YN1 Smith is uncooperative with leadership and fails to understand the difference between "taking care of the troops" and following orders. His combative attitude is counter-productive and a liability to this Command.




Airman X is a very helpful and motivated sailor and night shift supervisor with unlimited growth potential. However, she has neglected qualifications and at times has not been a team player. These actions do not represent the Navy Core Values.




Petty Officer Noonan is an experienced technician and Sailor. However, as a supervisor, she demonstrated a serious lack of integrity and poor judgment without consideration of results.




Petty Officer Charles is a knowledgeable Sailor and skilled technician. Shows potential as a maintainer. However, as a First Class Petty Officer, she did not perform at a level commensurate with her rank and was not effective in motivating subordinates toward goals or command objectives.




Culinary Specialist O'Keef is a key member of our team with unlimited growth potential. However, his recent actions involving a DUI are counter to the Navy's standards of good order and discipline.
